Michael T. Snyder joined Maynard, O’Connor, Smith & Catalinotto in November 2001, after serving a term as an Appellate Court Attorney in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department. Michael graduated magna cum laude from Albany Law School in 1999, where he also served as Executive Editor for Lead Articles for the Albany Law Review.

Michael has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2000 and is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York. His civil practice is concentrated on appeals and motions in State and Federal Courts. As an Appellate Practitioner he has handled a wide array of cases, including appeals from judgments after trials and appeals in family law, criminal law, estate proceedings, land use disputes, employment matters, products liability cases and administrative proceedings. Michael also has an active criminal practice representing clients on all manner of charges in Courts throughout the Capital Region. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, and serves on the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Courts of Appellate Jurisdiction.
