Christopher has more than 25 years of litigation experience, with particular emphasis in the defense of medical malpractice actions, at our firm. His work at Maynard, O’Connor also encompasses representation of medical and non-medical professionals before state licensing boards. Additionally, Christopher has extensive trial experience in the areas of product liability, municipal law, commercial law and general liability in both state and federal courts.

His colleagues have given Christopher the highest possible Peer Review Rating of “AV” in the Martindale-Hubbell Directory for Attorneys. “...Peer Review Ratings attest to a lawyer's legal ability and professional ethics, and reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary...”

A sought-after speaker at legal seminars, Christopher has also given lectures to physicians and medical students on a variety of medical/legal issues. He is secretary of the Albany chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and a member of the Albany County, New York State (Executive Committee for Insurance, Negligence and Compensation Section; Trial Lawyers Section), and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and New York State Trial Lawyers Institute.

Christopher has coached recreational soccer in the Niskayuna School District. He is a patron of local jazz and can frequently be seen attending A Place for Jazz at the Whisperdome in Schenectady, as well as other venues where jazz is performed. An outdoor fanatic, Christopher spends his free time running, hiking, bicycling, skiing, and kayaking.
