Becoming a partner in 2001, Michael, Jr. has been working with our firm since 1992. An indefatigable litigator, Michael works primarily from our Saugerties office, while serving a large portion of the state, north of New York city. In addition to his 13 years of litigation experience handling the defense of medical malpractice and personal injury actions at our firm, Michael has extensive trial experience in the areas of municipal law, civil rights law, products liability, commercial law, and general liability in both state and federal courts. As an Ulster County assistant public defender since 1995, Michael has over 10 years of extensive trial experience defending individuals charged with misdemeanors and felonies.

Michael is a member of the Albany County, Ulster County, New York State and American Bar Associations, and a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is also a delegate to the Third Judicial District Judicial Convention and a Town of Saugerties Republican Committeeman.

Michael enjoys skiing, bicycling, softball, attending concerts, and frequents Yankee games whenever possible!
